According to NOTAM C0864/20, commercial and private flights in Venezuela will remain suspended until November 12, 2020.

This decision is also subject to the measures issued by the National Executive and the country’s aeronautical authorities.
According to the measure, the following will be exempted from the order: aircraft in a state of emergency, cargo and mail flights, flights with technical stops, humanitarian and repatriated flights, United Nations flights and overflights.
