Copa Airlines informed this Wednesday that as of next Monday, November 16, 2020, it will once again open its sales office located in Caracas (at Francisco de Miranda Avenue, Centro Lido, Tower E, 6th floor, Office 63-E, in the Urbanization El Rosal), for the attention of clients who wish to travel with the airline.

Upon entering the Copa Airlines sales office, customers will notice new protocols and measures for prevention, hygiene and disinfection, duly marked and explained, among them:
- Mandatory use of masks: In accordance with the recommendations of the health authorities and for the well-being of all, the use of masks for employees and customers is mandatory within the facilities.
- Temperature taking: The temperature of all persons entering the Airline’s sales office will be taken.
- Limited interaction: Acrylic protection barriers were installed at the counters to limit the interaction between employees and customers.
- Hygiene: Prioritizing the safety of customers and employees, hygiene and disinfection measures were reinforced at all high contact points within the facilities, using high-end products recommended by the authorities.
- Limited capacity: Only a limited number of clients may remain inside the facilities, maintaining the physical distance recommended by the health authorities, duly marked in the waiting line.
At the sales office, Copa Airlines customers may make changes in accordance with current commercial policies, manage seat selection, or obtain information about the airline’s upcoming flights. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., complying with bio-security and social distancing measures.
