Air Transat suspends flights until the end of April.
Air Transat has suspended all scheduled passenger flights until April 30, following new rules on passenger arrivals introduced by the Canadian government.

The company stated that the new, stricter entry requirements implemented by the Canadian government have led to a drop in bookings, forcing the airline to review its flight schedule.

As of February 3, all international flights will have to arrive in Canada through only four airports: Montreal-Trudeau International Airport, Toronto Pearson International Airport, Calgary International Airport and Vancouver International Airport.
In addition, a new hotel quarantine requirement is scheduled to go into effect for all inbound travelers “as soon as possible in the coming weeks.”
Arriving passengers (with some limited exceptions) will be required to quarantine in government-approved hotels for three nights at their own expense.
