LEVEL Airlines announced that it will fly between Barcelona and Los Angeles starting March 28, coinciding with the start of the summer season.
Flights will take off from Barcelona on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Tickets are already on sale from €399 roundtrip.
→ LEVEL will fly to Punta Cana this winter.
With the flight schedule presented today, LEVEL reinforces its commitment to the United States and its commitment to continue restarting routes that will boost the recovery of the sector and maintain Barcelona’s network of long-haul destinations. Thus, the airline increases its U.S. capacity with more than 11,000 weekly seats on its routes between Barcelona and the United States, more than double the seats it offered in 2019, before the pandemic.
Barcelona has strengthened its presence in the North American market with the announcement of the commercialization of LEVEL’s codeshare flights with American Airlines and the expansion of its network connectivity with Alaska Airlines. These alliances are now being nurtured with a new route and more frequencies to LEVEL’s other destinations in the United States.
In addition to Los Angeles, on the West Coast the airline also flies to San Francisco, a route that will be resumed on March 29 with four frequencies per week. As for Boston, the four weekly flights will take place on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays and, for its part, the route connecting New York and Barcelona will have a daily flight, more frequencies than the airline had ever offered before.
In the words of Lucía Adrover, Commercial Director of LEVEL: “With these flights to Los Angeles we want to send a message of confidence and commitment to Barcelona. We are aware of the importance of long-haul connectivity for a city and we are here to ensure that Barcelona sees its connectivity strengthened”. “The program we are announcing for next season increases flights between Barcelona and the United States, a strategic country for Barcelona, its tourism and its business fabric. Being able to offer a daily flight to New York is great news.”
