Aerolineas Argentinas reported that it will sanction the passenger who this Thursday, on flight AR1484 between Aeroparque and Tucumán, said he had a bomb in his suitcase at the request of the crew to dispatch it in the hold of the plane. Said sanction will consist of their inclusion in the list of disruptive passengers who are prohibited from boarding.
The company will initiate the corresponding legal actions for the damages caused as a result of the 3-hour delay that this generated in the departure of the aircraft.

It is worth remembering that the passenger was left at the disposal of the National Federal Criminal and Correctional Court No. 5, in charge of Dr. María Eugenia Capuchetti.
According to what was reported by the crew, the passenger was notified that he had to check his luggage since it did not comply with the regulatory measures. After delivering the suitcase to be taken to the warehouse, he stated that there was a bomb inside it.
In compliance with the mandatory security protocols, the flight crew reported the incident to the authorities, so the Aeronautical Security Police intervened and proceeded to carry out security tasks on the aircraft.

The aircraft had to be moved to the security position for analysis and the 171 passengers, 2 pilots and 4 cabin crew were disembarked there. After the PSA test was negative, the flight was reboarded and finally took off at 4:00 p.m.
Aerolineas Argentinas indicated that it will not tolerate this type of disruptive behavior that represents a threat to security and to the normal development of the operation, so it will severely sanction this type of action every time it occurs.
