LATAM Brazil announces it will operate direct flights between São Paulo/Guarulhos and Johannesburg starting July 2023. In this way, South Africa’s largest city joins the list of 22 international destinations served by LATAM.

With the new route, customers will be able to reach the African city in just 9 hours on one of the three weekly direct flights to be operated on Boeing 787-9 aircraft, with capacity for 300 passengers (30 in Premium Business Class and 270 in Economy Class).
“Johannesburg is another milestone in our international resumption movement, which is being carried out strategically, expanding the offer where there is passenger demand,” underlines Aline Mafra, LATAM Brazil’s Sales and Marketing Director.
