– Maintain Viva Air’s Low Cost scheme as an option that offers alternatives to air transport service users, especially in those routes served only by that airline.
– The return of frequencies on the Bogota – Buenos Aires route, which is particularly impacted, without affecting the supply of seats, opening the possibility for new entrants.
– Maintain an effective fare ceiling in those routes where the integrated entity has 100% participation and also guarantee the dynamism in the routes subject to greater concentration.
According to the press release, the appeals filed by Avianca, Viva, Wingo, Ultra Air and Jetsmart airlines were resolved.
