ITA Airways announced Friday a new non-stop route between Rome-Fiumicino and Dubai, which will start from next October 27, becoming the airline’s first new route for the upcoming 2024/2025 winter season.
The route will operate one daily flight on Airbus A321neo aircraft, with three classes and capacity for 165 passengers: 12 in Business Class, 12 in Premium Economy and 141 in Economy.
These flights will be available for purchase starting next week through all of the airline’s sales channels.

“The opening of this new Rome – Dubai flight represents a new step forward in the growth of our company, said Antonino Turicchi, President of ITA Airways. “Thanks to the connection between Rome and Dubai we intend to boost tourism and trade between Italy and the United Arab Emirates.”
This route not only caters to point-to-point traffic but also enables customers to connect to several domestic, international, and intercontinental destinations from the Rome Fiumicino airport.
In the current summer season, ITA Airways operates 57 destinations, with 16 domestic, 26 international and 15 intercontinental.
The airline will introduce new non-stop routes from Rome to Riyadh from June 2, Accra on June 6, Dakar and Kuwait in July and Jeddah in August.
