LATAM Airlines reactivated this Sunday its direct flights between Santiago de Chile and Orlando, after 7 years.

The route has two flights per week (Thursday and Sunday) and will be available from June 16 through September 28, 2024, and then be resumed from December through March 2025, covering the summer season in both hemispheres and providing passengers with a non-stop option to Orlando.

“The resumption of this flight will connect thousands of passengers from all over South America with one of the most important vacation destinations in the world and in key seasons for both hemispheres: for North America between June and September and for South America between the months of December and March. Thanks to this direct route, our passengers will be able to save between 3 to 4 hours of travel time compared to a flight with a stopover in Sao Paulo or Bogota,” says Juan José Tohá, Director of Corporate Affairs, LATAM Airlines Group.

This seasonal route marks a new development in the Joint Venture between LATAM and Delta Air Lines, which has already led to the announcement of 6 new routes, directly connecting South America with the United States.
