This award, determined by an independent jury, highlighted the companies that have driven strategic investments in fleet, services, and technology, and have developed top-tier cargo solutions to optimize their customers’ experience over the past twelve months.
With this distinction, LATAM Cargo solidifies its position as the only South American winner across all categories of the awards, reaffirming its status as the regional leader in air cargo.
Ceremony in London and Jury Criteria
The award was presented during the annual Air Cargo News ceremony in London, which evaluated operational performance, innovation, customer service, and contribution to the global development of the air cargo industry.

Fleet Expansion and Operational Strengthening
Over the past year, the group completed a significant expansion of its fleet, reaching 20 Boeing 767 freighter aircraft, representing a 70% increase in its cargo capacity since 2019.
Furthermore, it modernized strategic cargo centers in Miami, Santiago, Medellin, and Quito, improving the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of its operations.
Record Intercontinental Connectivity
LATAM Cargo Group achieved historic levels of connectivity between South America and Europe, with 15 weekly frequencies between the two regions.
Simultaneously, it reinforced its leadership between North America and South America, offering customers the widest network of destinations and the fastest, most reliable delivery times.
The group also maintained stable performance in the domestic markets of Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, reaffirming its commitment to local communities.
Financial Results and Customer Satisfaction
During the last twelve months recorded up to June 2025, LATAM Cargo Group and its subsidiaries reported revenues of USD 1.67 billion, consolidating its financial strength and leadership in air cargo transport to, from, and within South America.
Likewise, its subsidiaries recorded sustained growth in the Net Promoter Score (NPS), reflecting their commitment to providing a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused service.
