In this way, the low cost airline became one of the pioneering companies in definitively implementing telework for administrative collaborators, who, due to the nature of their functions, will be able to work from the place they want.
“Thus, as at some point we led the introduction of the low cost model to the airline industry, today we will be one of the first companies in Chile and Peru to implement telework permanently, but at the same time voluntary, considering also the diversity of realities that our skyers have, since many of them need an office to work,” explained the manager of SKY People, Francisco Tirado.

Additionally, as a way of preserving the corporate culture, the company will activate a monthly “Culture Day”, in which employees must attend different activities and workshops of the company, with the purpose of strengthening ties, preserving human relations and promoting a good working environment.
