The low-cost airline recently revealed plans to launch service next year between Chicago O’Hare and Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport, two United hubs, as well as in places like Palm Springs, California, and Sarasota, Florida. Jackson, Mississippi was added to the list on Thursday, Reuters reported.

The destinations are intended to be permanent additions to Southwest’s network, Kelly said.
