“At Avianca we have always wanted to provide a quality experience for our customers. Receiving their feedback and having those opinions translated into this type of recognition is something that fills us with emotion and motivates us to continue working on every detail to offer an experience based not only on the same characteristics as always, but also on bio-security, which is undoubtedly what they value most these days,” said María Paula Duque, Senior Vice President of Strategic Relations and Customer Experience at Avianca.
The APEX Official Airline Ratings are based on neutral passenger feedback and data collected through APEX’s partnership with Concur’s TripIt®, the world’s top-ranked travel management application.
This is the second time Avianca has excelled in the past month, after receiving three awards at the Kayak Travel Awards in November.
