“We know that Easter is a critical season for Colombia’s tourism economy and for the rest of Colombians. Avianca is firmly committed to continue connecting Colombia with all its available resources. For this reason, we have added 66 flights to our operations this season, thinking of Colombians and the regions of the country with the greatest influx of tourists. We are here and remain ready to be part of the solution and contribute to maintaining the stability of the sector” said Felipe Andrés Gómez, Avianca’s Director of Institutional Relations and Sustainability.

The airline announced that as of June 2 it will operate the San Andres-Cali- San Andres route, in addition to the more than 50 weekly flights operated between the island and Bogota.
