Emirates has been named the Global Most Recommended Brand of 2025 by YouGov, solidifying its position as a benchmark for excellence and customer experience. With a score of 88.4%, the airline not only leads the ranking but is also the only carrier featured in the global top 10.
Rigorous Evaluation Method and Global Coverage
YouGov’s rankings are based on the proportion of customers who would recommend a brand to friends or colleagues. The scores are derived from over one million surveys across 28 markets, conducted daily between June 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025. The results are adjusted according to the size of each brand’s customer base in different markets.

Global Expansion and Key Milestones in 2025
During the first half of 2025, Emirates achieved several milestones:
- Launched routes to three new international destinations, with Hangzhou soon joining the network.
- Renovated nine retail stores across Asia, Africa, and Europe.
- Introduced the A350 on 10 routes, expanding its state-of-the-art fleet.
- Became the first airline certified as an Autism Certified Airline™, a major step toward total travel accessibility.
Looking Ahead to Year-End
By December 2025, Emirates plans to operate flights to over 70 cities with aircraft featuring next-generation interiors in its Boeing 777, A380, and A350 models. This will represent nearly half of its global network. Additionally, the airline will offer over two million Premium Economy seats, making luxury travel more accessible.
Strong Reputation Across Markets
This is not the first time Emirates has been recognized by YouGov. In 2024, it was the most recommended brand in the United Arab Emirates, with a score of 92.6. In the United States, it topped the list of airlines with the highest customer satisfaction and was one of the top ten brands considered by Millennials and Gen Z.
