LATAM Airlines reported solid performance in August 2025, continuing its upward trend in air traffic. The group increased its capacity by 9.4% compared to the same month in 2024, as measured in Available Seat Kilometers (ASK), driving a significant rise in the number of passengers carried.
This increase was primarily driven by a 12% growth in international supply and an 11.3% expansion in the Brazilian domestic market, where LATAM launched the Brasilia–Campinas route with three daily frequencies, strengthening domestic connectivity.

Passengers Carried and Load Factor
In August, LATAM transported 7.7 million passengers, a 9.1% increase from the same period the previous year. Consolidated traffic, measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometers (RPK), grew by 10.8%.
This performance raised the load factor to 85.4%, a figure that represents an increase of 1.1 percentage points compared to 2024.
For the cumulative period from January to August 2025, the company reached 57.1 million passengers carried, confirming the recovery and expansion of demand in the region.
Cargo Operation
Regarding the cargo division, capacity measured in Available Tonne Kilometers (ATK) reached 716 million, representing a growth of 5.1% compared to August 2024.
