Latam Airlines was recognized as “Five Star Global Airline” in South America in the 2021 edition of the APEX Passenger Choice.
APEX (Airline Passenger Experience Association) is a non-profit association of airlines and its award is considered one of the most relevant in the entire airline industry, since it is the passengers themselves who evaluate more than 600 airlines worldwide.
