Aerolineas Argentinas announces new flight from Mendoza to Santiago de Chile.
Aerolíneas Argentinas announced on Wednesday that as from September 25 it will add a new flight from Mendoza to Santiago de Chile. This flight is added to improve the connectivity of the province after the National Government enabled the international airport of Mendoza and the Cristo Redentor pass as safe corridors for the entry of Argentine and foreign residents.
Flights from Mendoza to Santiago de Chile will operate in Embraer 190 aircraft with a capacity of 96 passengers and will operate once a week on Saturdays.

Also during September, the company resumed its Federal Corridor that allows Mendoza to fly to Salta with two weekly frequencies that will become three as of November. With these new routes, Aerolíneas Argentinas will have 35 weekly frequencies to and from the province of Mendoza.
“After the announcement of the National Government where Mendoza’s proposal to enable the airport as a safe corridor for the entry of Argentine and foreign residents was approved, we announce this flight that will allow us to continue strengthening connectivity within the region, maintaining health protocols in order to always take care of our passengers,” said Pablo Ceriani, President of Aerolineas Argentinas.
